The 60 m2 large, modern and homely furnished holiday house has a living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven and large fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and can accommodate 4 people. The facilities also include air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and a television. Outside there is a covered terrace, beautifully overgrown with green plants, with a dining area. So you can enjoy the hot midday hours in the shade and in the evening you can relax with a glass of wine. Numerous restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the immediate vicinity (100-800 m). A supermarket can be reached in 600 m distance or 7 minutes on foot, further supermarkets and numerous shopping facilities are in Olbia, the drive there takes about 8-12 minutes (7-8 km). The holiday home is situated between two beautiful bays with picturesque beaches, both of which you can reach on foot in a few minutes, three other fine sandy beaches are also only 1.5 - 3 km away. To/from Olbia airport you drive about 15 minutes (11 km), the ferry port is about 8 km or 13 minutes by car. Parking spaces are available on the road. Pets are allowed.
